Leroy Ellington

Founder & C.E.O

Leroy founded L.E.P. in 2012, while still enjoying a more than 30-year career as a professional musician.

As a former elected official, Leroy has a unique and extensive understanding of how to present, and coordinate events in a municipal setting. With a focus on public safety and avoidance of liability.

In the last 30+ years, Leroy has had his hands in every facet of the entertainment business, from AUDIO PRODUCTION to promotions, booking, event production and more.

Leroy has placed thousands of bands in venues of all manner, (local, regional and national) has produced/coordinated well over 500 events.

It’s fair to say that in 30+ years, there’s little that hasn’t experienced in the entertainment/production arena.

Chuck Brisbin

Account Manager

Chuck Brisbin has been performing since the age of 8 years old and performing as a professional musician for many years.

His years of Marketing, Sales, Direct Mail, IT, Event Management, Stage Management and Business Operations have made him a critical component of the success of L.E.P.

Chuck will not only troubleshoot day of show function but brings an uncanny ability to forecast operational and logistical concerns before they happen.

That special ability has led the way to Chuck producing hundreds of events on behalf of L.E.P.

Darius Byers

Production Consultant/Partner with In the Doghouse Productions

In 2025, Darius, Leroy and a group of investors collaborated to create “In the Doghouse Productions”, Your Single Source, All-in-one A/V Solution!

While “In the Doghouse Productions” is a separate company from LEP, Leroy, Darius and team work together as partners to bring our clients the convenience of combining our combined inventory, experience and services.

Through this relationship with Darius, and “In the Doghouse Productions”, LEP can seamlessly broaden our offerings to include Professional Live Audio Production and Lighting, Video Production, Recording Studio Services, Equipment Rental, Installations and more! Darius and “In the Doghouse Productions”, is a fantastic resource for LEP!

Gina Hughes

National Talent Buyer

Gina has spent the more than 20 years securing her international reputation for an artist-friendly hand-on style of artist management, publicity, concert and tour promotion, marketing, and merchandising.

From her vast experience, she has worked with a wealth of exceptional performers, presenting concerts and helping establish careers.

In her role with L.E.P., Gina utilizes her experiences and relationships with Grammy Winning Artist’ and their representatives to make the talent buying process as seamless as is possible.

They say: “It’s not what you know, but who you know.” In this case we’re blessed with both.. Gina knows this business and knows the players.

Caitlin Ignatowski

Social Media Manager

Caitlin is our Social Media Manager. She specializes in organic Facebook and Tik Tok growth and has worked with various brands to help them grow their online presence. She attended the Art Institute of California San Diego for Marketing and Graphic Design. She grew up listening to classics like Elvis, The Beatles and the Eagles alongside her parents. Her Dad was a singer and musician who inspired her eclectic musical taste. As a millennial, Caitlin is inherently fascinated by the power of social media and its potential to connect people and businesses all over the world. In fact, she met her husband through mutual friends on social media.

Caitlin loves creating content that showcases the unique talents of each artist in LEP, collaborating with the LEP team and the clients we support. When she’s not at work, Caitlin can be found in her garden growing dahlias, enjoying her small herd of cats or hiking with her husband and teenager.

Shovon Byers

Executive Administrator

Shovon has 10 years of experience, bringing a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning and team coordination to every project. Known for her exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Shovon is dedicated to fostering efficient workflows and supporting business growth. In addition to her administrative prowess, she is a professional recording artist with a deep passion for music, blending her creativity and discipline in both her business and artistic endeavors.

Drew Lanius

Account Manager

Arena concert promotion, artist management / development, live performance, professional audio and video production, animation and motion graphics are just a few of the many entertainment industry fields in which Drew Lanius has been a trusted and sought after professional for nearly 30 years.

Drew has personally worked with internationally acclaimed recording artists, actors, producers and concert promoters. His extensive work can be seen and heard coast to coast and around the world.

Striving to understand the unique needs of each project and client is the cornerstone of his professional work philosophy. Taking that understanding and effectively applying it to the client’s project is always Drew’s central focus.

Drew’s unique professional experiences, his work history and his unwavering passion for excellence are some of what he brings to his role as an Account Manager for L.E.P.
