Who We Are
Leroy Ellington
Founder & C.E.O
Leroy founded L.E.P. in 2012, while still enjoying a more than 30-year career as a professional musician.
As a former elected official, Leroy has a unique and extensive understanding of how to present, and coordinate events in a municipal setting. With a focus on public safety and avoidance of liability.
In the last 30+ years, Leroy has had his hands in every facet of the entertainment business, from AUDIO PRODUCTION to promotions, booking, event production and more.
Leroy has placed thousands of bands in venues of all manner, (local, regional and national) has produced/coordinated well over 500 events.
It’s fair to say that in 30+ years, there’s little that hasn’t experienced in the entertainment/production arena.
Chuck Brisbin
VP of Operations
Chuck Brisbin has been performing since the age of 8 years old and performing as a professional musician for many years.
His years of Marketing, Sales, Direct Mail, IT, Event Management, Stage Management and Business Operations have made him a critical component of the success of L.E.P.
As the operational wheel of the L.E.P. machine, Chuck will not only troubleshoot day of show function, but brings an uncanny ability to forecast operational and logistical concerns before they happen.
That special ability has led the way to Chuck producing hundreds of events on behalf of L.E.P.
Rick Kitchen
Director of Productions
Rick Kitchen, serves as our own in-house “Audio Expert” with nearly 20 years experience as a sound engineer, stage manager and lighting technician.
Rick has worked with local, regional and national acts of all genres ranging from acoustic to jazz, from bluegrass to rock and everywhere in between.
Before taking the role as Director of Productions for L.E.P., Rick was the Lead Audio Technician for the City of Cincinnati Waterfront District, and ran his own very successful production company, “Crazy Fish Productions” working with such clients as: The Archdiocese of Cincinnati or The Village of Evandale, and many more.
Whether he’s mixing the praise team at church, or a rock band at a large outdoor venue… he’s the guy to have behind the sound console or managing the production crew, he knows how to get the job done!
Gina Hughes

Gina has spent the more than 20 years securing her international reputation for an artist-friendly hand-on style of artist management, publicity, concert and tour promotion, marketing, and merchandising.
From her vast experience, she has worked with a wealth of exceptional performers, presenting concerts and helping establish careers.
In her role with L.E.P., Gina utilizes her experiences and relationships with Grammy Winning Artist’ and their representatives to make the talent buying process as seamless as is possible.
They say: “It’s not what you know, but who you know.” In this case we’re blessed with both.. Gina knows this business and knows the players.
